Today's quick Nail of the day is a Wah Nails style leopard print.
I started off with a base of Nubars Gelicure Blue Hydrangea. I then used the new orly instant nail artist acrylic nail paints and a dotter to add splotches to the nail.Then again using the dotting tool I drew unconnected semi circles around the dots, plus a few commas and dashes.

I finally added a top coat.
As it was my first go at this style I only did my thumb and in a moment of madness I did it to my right thumb, so I had to do the art with my weak left hand. Saying that I think it came out great and when I get 10 minutes I am going to do my other nails :)

Gelicure Removal Video

I have stepped into the world of Youtube tutorial videos! Here is my first try. Its is a step by step guide on how to remove Gelicure by Nubar.  I hope you like it. 

I know it is a selection of stills, but I haven't got a tripod so until then it is the best I can do.

NOTD - Gelicure - Cafe Au Lait

Todays Nail Of The Day is Cafe au lait from the Nubar Gelicure range. As you may know from my previous posts Gelicure is a Hybrid gel polish. This means you get a super shiney finish and a polish that lasts up to 3 weeks with no chips!

I actually applied this polish last Friday so it is on day 5 and no wear or tear!

Another reason why I love Gelicure is the fact it strenghtens the natural nail so I do not need to worry so much about breaking my nails :) 

The name Cafe Au lait is a bit misleading as I imagine cafe au lait to be a lighter brown. I think it would have been better naming it Dark Chocolate. Is is a very deep brown with a sligth shimmer to it as you can see in the photo with the flash.
